AIR SHOWER
In CLEAN ROOMs such as CLEAN ROOM and BIO CLEAN ROOM, the biggest source of dust and microorganisms is the people entering the CLEAN ROOM. Before entering the CLEAN ROOM, it is necessary to use clean high-speed air (approximately 25m/sec) to blow away particles attached to clothing and surfaces and remove them through filters.
In addition, the use of AIR SHOWER restricts access to the CLEAN ROOM, and the products themselves act as barriers against outdoor air, providing various options such as personnel-oriented or material-oriented, and manual or automatic doors. The quantity is determined based on the cleanliness zones and the number of occupants in the CLEAN ROOM.
FAN FILTER UNIT
As a fundamental purification device in a layered CLEAN ROOM, the upper fan sucks in air and passes it through the lower air filter to supply fresh air into the room. (Mixed supply or recirculation)
Equipment FAN FILTER UNIT
The EFU (Equipment Fan Filter Unit) installed in the Mini-Environment (ME) is designed in various sizes to provide a slim and precise airflow, and it is an active type that maintains a constant airflow even with changes in static pressure.
BLOWER FILTER UNIT
The B.F.U (Blower Filter Unit) is a structure where the fan unit is attached to the filter unit, supplying clean air in a vertical airflow to the required clean space. It has the advantage of individual or group operation and is available in duct-connected or self-recirculation types, achieving wide-area purification in the CLEAN ROOM.
HEPA FILTER BOX
A high-performance filter widely used in the air conditioning of CLEAN ROOMs, it effectively removes fine particles from the air. In places such as pharmaceutical production plants and animal testing facilities where cleanliness is crucial, quick removal of fine particles is essential. To achieve this, clean air is blown in from the top while contaminated air is suctioned from the bottom or sides.
HEPA filters are installed in front of the air intake, and when genetically modified organisms are present inside, HEPA filters are also installed at the exhaust outlets to prevent particle leakage. The air that passes through the filter undergoes combustion sterilization.

PASS BOX
Installed on the walls of CLEAN ROOMs, these devices prevent contamination during material entry and exit.
